Orders are processed and shipped within 3–4 business days after confirmation.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email/DM to monitor your delivery.

4. Packaging

All jewellery is securely packed in protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. Ready for gifting as well 🎁

Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
